Pants that fit properly are worth waiting a few days for. Here's how we get them to you, and what happens if the fit isn't right.

Standard shipping: $9.95
Australia-wide, 2 to 6 business days. Tracked via Australia Post.

Australia-wide, 1 to 3 business days. Tracked via Australia Post Express.

Worldwide, 5 to 10 business days. Tracked via Australia Post.

Free shipping on 2 or more pairs
Order two or more pairs in a single transaction and standard shipping is on us. Applies automatically at checkout. Excludes international shipping.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day. We ship Australia-wide, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Returns & Exchanges
We build Sidelines for 5'9" men, but fit is personal. If your pants aren't right, we'll make it right.
30-day return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
Free exchanges. If you need a different size, we cover return shipping both ways. One exchange per order.
Refunds. If you'd prefer a refund, return shipping is at your cost.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Faulty items are always covered. If something's wrong with your pants, email info@sidelines.clothing with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. For delivery updates, use the Australia Post tracking page or the AusPost app. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check the tracking link first. Most delays are resolved within a business day or two. If it's been longer, get in touch at info@sidelines.clothing and we'll chase it up.
